Wolf & Lamb is under the strict Kosher supervision of the OK under the direction of Rabbi Don Yoel Levy. W&L is owned and operated by a Shomer Shabbos family. There is a Kosher Supervisor (Mashgiach Temidi) present at all hours of operation. All lettuce and vegetables are meticulously washed and checked to ensure that there is no infestation. All breads are Pas Yisroel. All wines are Mevushal. All of our meats are Glatt Kosher (Chassidish Shechita) and Bet Yosef. Lubavitch Shechita (CHK) is also available upon request. Please request when making your reservation. Our Quality Meats and Poultry are sourced from Alle Meats, AgriStar Meats, & Solomon’s Glatt. Please call the restaurant with any further Kashrus related questions.
